Yield had its best showing ever at the Summit International Awards, winning a Best in Show, a gold, two silvers and a bronze. The Summit Awards receive over 5,000 submissions across multiple categories from 21 countries.
“We are particularly proud that we won 5 different awards, in 5 different creative categories with 5 different clients,” says Brad Usherwood, Head of Strategy & Creative. “This doesn’t typically happen, so it makes a definitive statement about the calibre and diversity of our work and the people who created it.”
“We are an agency that believes in finding ideas through collaboration from both the agency and client side,” says Yield’s President Ted Nation. He adds, “awards are an important motivator that help us push for ideas that make a real difference to our client’s business.”
Yield’s work for Community Foundations of Canada and the 150 Alliance won Best in Show for an identity we created, to support the achievements and celebrations leading up to Canada’s sesquicentennial in 2017. We struck gold for Equifax in the financial services brand campaign category, with a campaign that was a huge initiative showcasing Equifax’s value in the marketplace.
One silver was awarded to Yield for the complete brand redesign and launch of Polar Asset Management Partners, which included the renaming and re-positioning of the organization. The second silver was for a radio campaign we created to promote the launch of the Georgetown Craft Beer Festival; a pro-bono client made up of 4 charitable organizations.
The fifth and final award was a bronze in the category of complete branding package for Shift Health, a global healthcare-consulting firm.
Yield is a strategic and creative brand advisory that helps companies modernize the way they establish and activate their brands in the marketplace.
